We provide assessment (discovery) and industry/product advisory services covering the Veeva suite of products including quality, RIMS, promo mats, document management and content management.
We offer business process harmonization, requirements and configuration. (e.g. Prototypes, Conference Room Pilot (CRP), Configuration Touch Points (CTPs), data migration and clean-up, validation, training, cut-over and hypercare.)
We offer complex integrations including SAP (ERP), customer master data, data warehouse, and external partner data.
We offer 24×7 Tier 2 and Tier 3 ongoing managed support services to triage and troubleshoot issues, provide user management and document management including document attribute updates, manager lifecycle and workflow, and perform configuration updates.
