John A. Smith is Vice President and Head of Quality at Nextrove.  He has over 30 years of experience working in the pharmaceutical industry in quality assurance and manufacturing, in management, engineering, and consulting capacity.

Prior to joining Nextrove, John held leadership positions at Hoffmann-La Roche, Taratec Development Corporation, and Alliance Pharmaceuticals. John was trained by the FDA on 21 CFR Part 11 and has extensive experience in computer system validation and quality management systems.

John holds a BS degree in chemical engineering.
