Charles Kumar serves as a Senior Client Partner at Nextrove. He spearheads the Engineering practice with a keen focus on product strategy, product implementation, operational efficiency, and cultivating robust client relationships. With a career spanning 2 decades, Charles brings a wealth of expertise in Consulting, Program Management, Product Implementation, Analytics and Service Delivery.

Before Nextrove, Charles held integral roles at Genpact, where he led the service delivery of a large engagement for a large Pharma and played a pivotal role in service excellence and program growth. Additionally, he led the deployment of the world’s first PVAI (Pharmacovigilance Artificial Intelligence) system for one of the Top 5 pharmaceutical company.

Charles has a degree from University of Bangalore. Beyond work, he enjoys connecting with people, aquascaping, and hiking.
