Amith has been in the software industry for nearly 23 years with focus on requirements gathering and analysis, testing, validating, reporting, strategizing, implementing, and managing software for the Life Sciences Industry.  He has proven experience in client interaction, customer relations, customer critical situation and escalation management, remote management of offshore teams and agile team management. He has held various leadership roles and has experience building and managing both small and large high-performing teams.

As a seasoned expert in Pharmacovigilance, Amith brings over extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, coupled with a deep-rooted passion for ensuring patient safety. With a solid background in pharmacovigilance regulations, risk management, and drug safety surveillance, Amith have successfully led diverse teams through complex projects, ensuring compliance with global regulatory standards while maintaining a steadfast commitment to patient safety. In current capacity as Senior Director, Amith oversees strategic initiatives, operational activities and drives excellence in pharmacovigilance practices across the organization.

Before joining Nextrove, Amith has worked in ArisGlobal, Wipro and Oracle in different capacities. Amith holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Bangalore University.
