John (Doug) has 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical domain, with the last 21 devoted to pharmacovigilance systems. He has extensive experience with the configuration design, management, and operations of safety systems and business processes. John has led numerous initiatives with planning, designing, and implementing solutions for new business processes, safety data migrations, adapting to changing regulatory requirements, and system upgrades. John has also provided senior leadership and support for pharmaceutical marketing systems and an innovative disease management start-up.

John has held several leadership roles at Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, The Upjohn Company, Pharmacia, and Greenstone Healthcare Solutions.
