Gautam brings in the industry experience of around 23 years with over two decades in the Pharmacovigilance domain with extensive experience spanning across Product Development, Professional services, Digital transformation, Business Consulting and Project Implementation. He has been instrumental in solving complex business problems for clients and led the teams in end-to-end project lifecycle, Validation, Reporting, Automation, Business Process Integration, Audits and Inspections, Platform Upgrade, and Platform Migration.

He has great experience working in a cross-cultural set up managing onsite and offshore teams and delivering successful projects for the clients across EU, US, Japan, Korea, and China.

Gautam has been into various leadership roles in organizational strategy, Program management, Delivery, and leading Business units.

Prior to joining Nextrove, Gautam was associated with IQVIA, ArisGlobal, Techsol and National Physical Laboratory supporting Tier 1, 2 and 3 Pharma, Biotech and Scientific organizations. Gautam has done Master in Computer Applications as well as in Mathematics.
