Anjani Kumar Jha is the global Chief Executive Officer and President of Nextrove.

Anjani takes a lot of pride and humility in the fact that Nextrove’s foundation was conceptualized by his clients as a global client-centric life sciences organization with an uncompromising mission of “Empowering clients to improve Patient Safety.” Anjani believes that our clients are truly the best sales and marketing engines. Every moment spent listening to our clients and sincerely being invested in their vision and goals pays immense returns. Since its inception, Nextrove has been tirelessly following the same principles, and as a result, approximately 65% of the company’s revenue comes from clients’ referrals.

Anjani is passionate about innovation and works closely with Nextrove’s Global Engineering team to redefine how Nextrove’s clients can use technology to enable digital transformation around drug safety and pharmacovigilance and thus achieve greater return on investment (ROI) and compliance. Anjani helped architect its innovative Progressive Platform to enhance the usage of clinical, regulatory, and drug safety databases by pharmaceutical and biotech organizations and CROs.
Prior to starting his current role, Anjani served in various leadership positions at IQVIA, HighPoint Solutions, Oracle, and November Research Group, where he set up and expanded organizations globally, including in North America, Asia Pacific, and Europe.

Anjani holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree with honors in Mechanical Engineering. Anjani is also a trained airplane pilot and is passionate about flying and building planes.
