She is enthusiastic about delivering premium value for our clients and believes the Nextrove team is perfectly positioned to help pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and CRO organizations adopt innovative, scalable, and sustainable solutions to meet their short-term and long-term business needs.<\/p>\n

Ratika has over 18 years of experience in the pharmacovigilance and regulatory space. Prior to joining Nextrove, Ratika worked with IQVIA and led their strategic accounts and next-generation technology integration programs. Ratika has delivered exemplary multi-million-dollar programs for pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies during her consulting experience working with organizations such as Highpoint Solutions and November Research Group. She takes pride in the fact that she has delivered the most complex and first-of-its kind programs in the industry that led to 25\u201350% growth for her accounts as well as significant financial savings for her clients by introducing operational efficiencies.
\nPrior to starting a career in consulting, Ratika worked with Relsys (now Oracle HSGBU) and was a key contributor to the development of the market-leading product suite: Argus Safety, Argus Insight, and Argus Perceptive.<\/p>\n

Ratika received her MBA from Kellogg School of Management and holds a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Electronics and Electrical Communication from Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology. She is also PMP-certified and a member of the PMI-NJ Corporate Advisory Board.
